Enchiladas Divorciadas

Three enchiladas, three different sauces, and three types of meat (chicken, ground beef, or shredded beef) each enchilada is topped with a different sauce (tomatillo, white cream, and diablo sauce) topped with Monterrey jack cheese. Served with white rice, black beans, lettuce, and tomatoes.
